Personal Training Position Available for Anytime Fitness Castle Hill Showground and Central - to start in January 2026

Who are we and how do we operate? 

Anton Fitness and Lifestyle is an independent personal training and coaching business, which has been in operation since 2019 providing 1-on-1 and small group (up to 3 people) personal training sessions, nutrition guidance and lifestyle coaching to help a wide range of people get fit and stay fit.

Anton Fitness and Lifestyle currently operates out of Anytime Fitness Carlingford, Castle Hill Showground and Castle Hill Central. We pay a rental fee to Anytime Fitness and our clients have a membership to use the facility. We are looking to expand our operations to the Castle Hill area with you at the forefront!

You will be conducting your face-to-face PT sessions mainly within Anytime Fitness Castle Hill Showground as well as Castle Hill Central as a secondary club. The Castle Hill Showground club itself will come with everything you need. As a PT at Anytime Fitness Castle Hill Showground, you will have your own office space (along with our other start trainer and physiotherapist Ryan, who you will eventually meet), 24/7 access to state-of-the-art equipment and ongoing assistance from Anytime Fitness management when it comes to marketing and lead generation. As the club is brand new and located in a prime location in Castle Hill, expect plenty of opportunity to grow and scale your client portfolio easily (with our ongoing guidance and support, of course!).

As a PT, you will operate as a subcontractor. You will be paid based on the number of PT sessions conducted per week, with the initial session being complimentary to entice potential leads. You will have a performance-based system when working at Anton Fitness and Lifestyle. Quite simply, the more sessions you do, the more you get paid.

Not to mention additional support from our current trainer and physiotherapist Ryan, as well as Anytime Fitness staff.

  • Ongoing, assisted lead generation - Pre-qualified leads and ongoing, paying clients ready to be coached by you

  • The tools and skills necessary to source your own leads as well

  • Full access to Anton Fitness and Lifestyle’s intellectual property (training programs, nutrition guides, recipe eBooks, tutorial modules and contracts)

  • Ongoing assistance in personal development to further your skills and knowledge, placing you at the top of your field as a highly sought-after PT

Our ongoing requirements and expectations:

  • Attendance to weekly, online team and mentoring meetings

  • Conducting your own lead generation (with our help and guidance, of course!)

  • Complimentary initial sessions for new leads

  • Paid PT sessions for ongoing clients

  • Weekly accountability check-ins on clients’ progress with nutrition, physical activity (outside their PT sessions with you), and overall lifestyle

  • Effective communication to clients and head office via email, SMS and spreadsheets 

What you will need

  • Certificate IV in Fitness and current First Aid and CPR qualifications

  • Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance

  • Prior experience and knowledge in basic resistance training and conditioning protocols - preferred

  • Basic knowledge on nutrition for weight loss, muscle hypertrophy and performance - preferred

  • Self-motivation and a strong passion to learn and grow as part of a great team

  • Flexible schedule and availability
